No. We are not real estate agents or brokers and we do not charge commissions. We simply buy land at a discount and pass those savings on to you!

Most realtors specialize in houses or commercial properties. They don't specialize in land like we do. We also don't charge a 10% commission like realtors do! We are land experts and can assist with getting utilities to the lot, finding a custom home builder or finding the perfect weekend getaway property.

All of our property transactions are handled through a title company - we offer owner's title insurance and all funds are in an escrow account. These are fancy ways of saying that your money is safe and you are getting a property free of any legal issues. Don't trust other land sellers who ask for money directly!
